Pittsboro, Chatham County, North Carolina Graphic Designer and Photographer

mmp0034_revI am Randi Greffeuille, a graphic designer and photographer based in Pittsboro, North Carolina. From a young age I wanted to work in a creative field. I concentrated on design at the State University of New York College at Buffalo and received my bachelor’s degree in graphics. (Yes, like many others in the Raleigh-Durham region, I am a proud New York transplant!) My professional life up north allowed me rewarding experiences in design with some of the leading news programs. I was a graphic designer for MSNBC, an Assistant Art Director for the “The News with Brian Williams,” and then relocated from The Big Apple out to sunny San Diego, California. I moved to North Carolina in 2007.

When I was a child, my family had photographs everywhere in our home. Everywhere you looked you would see a photo. This sparked a life-long personal interest in photography, which evolved into part of my career. As a photographer, my education and professional life advanced at a time when technology also advanced. I have experience in both film and digital photography. You may be hard-pressed to find a photographer who has both worked in a dark room and who knows all the latest digital editing tools! I know the mechanical side of photography just as well as Photoshop. Whether editing work is simply to adjust distortion for an artistic ‘look,’ or the subject is interested in beauty enhancement, I’m comfortable getting the best shot both behind the camera and with post-processing.

It just so happens that the town I live in is known as a haven for artistic minds. I love living in Pittsboro and feel like it’s a hidden jewel. It’s an eclectic community just south of Chapel Hill with a unique blend of small town life and modern influence.

Brand management, visual design, and photography are my passions. Are you ready for some new headshots or a logo design? Let’s discuss your design project.
